Refund Policy

Last updated August 29, 2026

This policy sits with our Terms & Conditions. It applies to graphics, custom orders, and any licensed software actually listed for sale on graphicbyte.co.uk.

Digital content and cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers usually have 14 days to cancel distance contracts. Digital content is different: if you agree that delivery can start immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once delivery begins, we may start the download or licence delivery straight after payment.

Checkout asks you to tick that acknowledgement. Starting a file download, revealing a licence key, or receiving finished custom files counts as delivery beginning.

When refunds are available

  • The product is faulty, incomplete, or not as described on the product page, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
  • You were charged twice, or Stripe collected payment but we could not deliver the files.
  • Instant products that you have not downloaded and whose licence has not been activated, if you ask within 14 days.
  • Custom work cancelled in writing before we start production (we may deduct a fair amount for work already done).

When refunds are not available

  • Change of mind after a download has started or a licence key has been issued.
  • You bought the wrong product or activation count — we can often discuss an upgrade for the remaining difference instead.
  • Issues caused by your hosting, Discord/Minecraft/YouTube/Twitch clients, or modifications we did not supply.
  • Custom work after production has started, unless the files are not as quoted.

How to request a refund

Email support@graphicbyte.co.uk from the address on the order, with the order number, what went wrong, and screenshots if useful. You can also use the contact form. We aim to decide within 14 days. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Download tokens are revoked when an order is refunded.
