Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 29, 2026

These terms are the contract between you and GraphicByte when you use graphicbyte.co.uk or buy from us. Please read them with the Software Licence Agreement and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

GraphicByte is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as GraphicByte. We sell digital graphics, made-to-order design, and (only where listed on this site) licensed software that GraphicByte owns.

Contact: support@graphicbyte.co.uk. Correspondence: England, United Kingdom. Email support@graphicbyte.co.uk for the current correspondence address.

2. What we sell

Ready-made graphics (Discord, Minecraft, YouTube, Twitch and related branding packs) and made-to-order design. Licensed software is sold only when a product appears on /software. We do not sell Minecraft server-list scripts, PTC scripts, competition websites, or other third-party script packs unless a product page on this site says so. What you get is described on that page or custom quote. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where it applies to UK digital goods.

3. Pricing and payment

You pay the price shown at checkout (including any coupon). Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not take full card numbers on our servers. Orders are not complete until Stripe confirms payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or an item is no longer available.

USD and EUR amounts are estimated display conversions. Product prices, discounts, VAT, order records and Stripe charges remain in GBP. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

4. Delivery

Instant products are delivered as a download (usually a ZIP) and/or a licence key in your GraphicByte account after payment. Custom work is delivered when the studio marks the ticket ready. Download links may expire; you can request a fresh link from your account or by emailing us. Software may also need activation against our licence server — see the Licence Verification Terms.

5. Refunds

Digital content is supplied immediately after payment. The Refund Policy explains when refunds are available. At checkout you must confirm that you lose the usual 14-day cancellation right once download or delivery begins, except where goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Support

Email support@graphicbyte.co.uk with your order or request number. We aim to reply within two working days. Licence and update entitlements are set out in the Software Licence Agreement and on the product page.

7. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, chargebacks we reasonably believe are unjustified, sharing of files or keys, or breach of these terms or the licence. Closing an account does not end a licence you already paid for unless we revoke it under the licence rules.

8. Intellectual property

GraphicByte and its licensors own the shop, product files, source (where supplied), documentation and brand. You receive a licence to use what you buy — you do not buy the copyright unless a custom quote says otherwise in writing. You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share keys, or include our files in a pack you charge for, except as the Software Licence Agreement allows.

9. Licence restrictions

Graphics: one licence per purchase for your own community or brand. Software (if you buy a licensed product): use only on the activations, domains or machines stated on the product page. Modifications of supplied source, if allowed, are for your licensed installs only. Full rules are in the Software Licence Agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that English law does not allow us to limit. For everything else, our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential loss, or for downtime on third-party platforms (Discord, Minecraft, YouTube, Twitch, Stripe, hosting and similar).

Digital products are provided as described. We do not warrant that graphics will look identical in every client, game version or browser, or that licensed software will run on every host. You are responsible for backups and for checking files before you use them in public.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where the law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Orders already paid are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
